Friday Sound Bath Journey

Service Description

Simply Sound Lay back and let the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls take you on a unique journey. Each session is different. This week we will enjoy the simplicity of a session entirely dedicated to sound; Sometimes simplicity is the best medicine. Much like the vibes of Holbox, fuss free and uncomplicated. Arrive, settle in, and enjoy a whole hour of the magic of sound. Hollys refined skills in creating stories and soundscapes with the bowls will take you through a complete journey. Moments of soft and soothing sounds will be masterfully intertwined with a slow build to moments of strength and power, activation and release, peace and serenity. Hollys sound baths lovingly hold space for nervous systems to feel at ease and long held emotions to start to be set free. Familiarity and ease will soothe the brain through repetition, while linking seemlessly into a soft guiding into something new. These sessions are far from just a random playing of sounds; they are complete, intentional, and intuitive journeys. The vibrations enter not just through our ears but equally through our skin, fluid and bones - making our entire bodies strikingly receptive to sound. Let every cell of your body come alive with its own frequency, come join us this Friday. Post session care includes tea and refreshments and time to integrate, meditate a little longer, or ask any questions. The indicated session time is 75 minutes however I recommend allowing about 1h45 or slightly longer for your total session time. Doors will open at 7:15pm for arrival any time between 7:15 and 7:25pm, ready for a 7:30pm start. I will bring the session to a close at 8:45pm and from there everybody has time to come back slowly, at their own pace. These can be deeply moving experiences and I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of slowness at the end, without needing to hurry to the next thing. *Please note that these sessions require a minimum of 3 people to go ahead. If you are signing up for 1 or 2 people, you will receive confirmation no later than 12pm on the day of the event of whether the session will run.
