Friday Sound Bath Journey

Service Description

Lay back and let the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls take you on a unique journey. Each session is different. This week (Friday 8th January) we will be exploring a guided Yoga Nidra or non sleep deep rest style meditation. Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative form of meditation suitable for all levels of meditation practitioner including complete beginners. We will go on a journey through the body, while the mind remains conscious and we become deeply at rest. During yoga nidra most people will enter into a lucid state somewhere between sleep and awake where we will be mostly in theta and delta brainwaves. This meditation perfectly sets us up to flow naturally into our sound bath which will begin with a journey of gentle soothing sounds, gradually increasing through a set of more activating sounds and vibrations, before winding back down into soothing again. Leave feeling light, at ease, empowered, and ready. Post session care includes tea and refreshments and time to integrate, meditate a little longer, or ask any questions. The indicated session time is 90 minutes however I recommend allowing about 2 hours or slightly longer for your total session time. Doors will open at 6:45pm for arrival any time between 6:45 and 6:55pm, ready for a 7pm start. I will finish playing the sound instruments at 8:30pm and from there everybody has time to come back slowly, at their own pace. These can be deeply moving experiences and I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of slowness at the end, without needing to hurry to the next thing. **Please note that these sessions require a minimum of 3 people to go ahead. If you are signing up for 1 or 2 people, you will receive confirmation no later than 12pm on the day of the event of whether the session will run or not. Thank you for your understanding.
