Service Description

A must do in Holbox at least once is to experience the softness of the island before the world wakes up. A deep serenity not found in everyday life. Set your alarm and join us in your comfiest clothes, still half asleep if you like. Your only task is to arrive and the rest will be taken care of. Reiki infused crystal singing bowls will guide you through a 45 minute sound ritual, lovingly combined with the sounds of nature (think sea, birds, and gentle breezes) to gently awaken you into your day with lightness and ease. The sun will rise through the palm trees and the mangroves behind us, with the energy of the sound healing slowly increasing as the light and energy of the day starts to increase. A perfect journey into a new day. Copal, palo santo, or incense will be used to set the ambience. For an extra sensory experience bring your swimsuit and finish by immersing yourself into the sea and the gentle lulling of the water. A refreshing flavoured water will be provided at the end before everyone heads off into their day - where you can choose to stay and meditate or journal, or perhaps move through some yoga, go for a swim, find a spot for coffee or breakfast, or my personal recommendation - take advantage of being up and out before everybody else to beat the crowds to the sand bar - a walk (or moving meditation if you like), in the middle of the sea, just you and nature. If you are lucky and in the right season you may find flamingos. A dream morning experience with memories that will last a lifetime. Gift yourself this unique, one off experience; the effort of the early start will absolutely be worthwhile, and a beach nap can await you afterwards. *These sessions require a minimum of 3 people to run. Bookings and payments must be complete no later than 5pm the day before. The payment link will be sent out once it is confirmed that the session will go ahead (once at least 3 people have confirmed their participation). **Please bring a mat or towel to lay on, or rent one of our mats for an additional 50 pesos.
