Close your week with intention with our premium Sunday Yoga & Sound Ritual. An extended class designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. 60 minutes of a nourishing yoga slow flow, with mindful movements, some longer holds, and space to truly breathe. As the body settles, you'll be guided into an extended savasana (approximately 20 minutes) where the sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls will take over. Each journey with sound will be different - you may come to deep rest or even sleep, you may find a place of inner clarity or emotional release, energetic balance, feelings of harmony or bliss, along with much more - the key is to let the sounds and vibrations take you where you ned to go. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset for the week ahead. A full body exhale in the heart of Holbox.
